Penny´s Hill Sparkling Shiraz

This Sparkling Shiraz showcases ripe plum and blackberry fruits with subtle oak spice and underlying earthy notes. The palate has great mid palate richness and fruit weight, dark berry fruits and savoury notes add concentration and depth and are carefully balanced by a fine tannin structure.

A blend of Shiraz batches aged between 2 and 3 years old ensures consistency in style and quality. Each fruit parcel is vinified and matured separately in French oak barriques. Post oak maturation, the base wine is overblended with vibrant and juicy Shiraz that adds great vibrancy, freshness and balance.
