At Scutella Wines, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we have implemented a hassle-free return policy to provide you with peace of mind.   1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at or through our website’s contact form. Provide your order details and reason for the return or exchange. Returns to Scutella Wines are made at the risk of the customer. The customer must return the goods in the original packaging, together with any accessories, and provide a detailed description of the defects to the return address indicated by Scutella Wines.

  1. Refunds

For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 working days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a product, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in finding the right replacement and guide you through the exchange process. Additional charges may apply if the new item has a higher price.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

The customer is obliged to examine the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and notify Scutella Wines of any damage or defect within two days of delivery in order to be entitled to a right of return. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide detailed information and include photographs of the damaged or defective item.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as opened wine bottles or personalized products. Please review the product description or contact our customer support team for more information before making a purchase.
