This Sparkling Shiraz is made from grapes sourced from vineyards on Australia’s lauded Limestone Coast and has the aroma of plums and Christmas spice. When it comes to the palate, this wine brings cherries and spice and is juicy with a hint of oak complexity. With all vintages chosen being exceptional vintages, the result is strong varietal characters making them perfect for a NV blend.
You’ll love the gorgeous purple foam which makes it so pretty in the glass and this wine should be served chilled. A real crowd pleaser, this refreshing and not too heavy shiraz is part of a limited quantity of sparkling wines produced in the famous wine region in Wrattonbully, South Australia.

Spicy cherry sauce and fruitcake balance well-rounded tannins and brisk acidity. Lusciously full, and juicy with a hint of oak complexity deliver an intense, lingering finish.
